Yesterday the N&O announced that Suntrust will be seeking foreclosure proceedings on Hasentree, a Creedmoor Partners development. That, just on the heels of prominent MacGregor Development Company's announcement, that they are seeking bankruptcy protection. As I mentioned in my Wake County Real Estate Market Conditions - September 2008 (LOCALISM FEATURED) the once red hot Triangle Real Estate Market has cooled. Keep in mind I said cooled, not crashed. Homes are still selling - just not at the rate they were in their hay-day (11 comments)

I recently listed a townhome in Breckenridge Manors II and, since it's such a wonderful community, I thought I'd write about the neighborhood.
Breckenridge is a very desirable neighborhood because of its affordability, proximity to RTP, 540, and the neighborhood feel. The grand entrance, wide roads and sidewalks, kids playing in (3 comments)
