What Listing Price will get my Home in Omaha Sold? Part One
When you are planning on selling a home in Omaha, or when selling real estate anywhere for that matter, one of the most important items to determine is the Listing Price. The sale of a property I was representing in the Springhill subdivision of Omaha at 8104 S 158 St closed and Debra represented the buyer.
Real estate can be an enjoyable career when working with good people like Debra.
Debra made this a smooth transaction and I hope we can do business again in the future.

I’d like to thank Kelly Holsapple at RE/MAX Real Estate Group. - 04/17/10 07:08 PM
Kelly assisted with the sale of my listing at 6179 Walnut St in West Lawn Hill by representing the buyer.
It takes more than comprehensive marketing and outstanding service to sell a home. It also requires a competent agent on the other side of the sale. Kelly did a great job. She was a pleasure to work with and I we can do business again.

Omaha Real Estate Horror Story: Incompetent Agent Starves Buyer to Death - 04/17/10 02:04 PM
Omaha Real Estate Horror Story: Incompetent Agent Starves Buyer to Death

It was closing day. I got a call just after closing from my sellers. The seller asked me, "Were we suppose to leave the refrigerator?" I told him, "No, the buyer didn't ask for it in the purchase agreement so it's yours to take." I asked why he was asking. Apparently what had happened was as the sellers were finishing loading their moving truck the buyer showed up to start moving in, and he … (0 comments)

I want to thank Kimberly DuBois at RE/MAX. - 04/12/10 12:58 PM
The sale of my listing at 3309 S 44 St in the Pratts subdivision of Omaha closed and the buyer was represented by Kimberly.
Working with a good agent makes my job much easier. It is time consuming selling over 50 homes a year, but having a good agent on the other side of a sale makes closing a deal much easier.
Kimberly made this an easy sale and I hope we can do business again.
