Holiday House in La Vista If you drive down Giles St and look to the North at about 103rd St. you will see that someone got carried away with the holiday spirit. You can't miss this home in the Val Vista subdivision in La Vista, NE. I've excluded the address out of respect for the owner's privacy, although I don't think being discrete is a concern of theirs.

Simple, they want to avoid foreclosing which is a costly and time-consuming process.
