World Golf Village Supply of Homes Keeps Decreasing In this area of St. Augustine we continue to see the supply of homes decreasing. The numbers are nowhere near the number we want them at but to see them continuing to decrease is great.
These were numbers sent out by our broker. As we know in our area a five to six month average supply is normal. Below $300,000 we are starting to get near those numbers again. World Golf Village Sales Statistics for June 2010 The numbers in our company show signs of improvement over last year. In the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors (NEFAR) area, pending sales are up 20% over June 2009 and 46% over June 2008.
The average price in the 32092 zip code where Davidson Realty is most active increased from $193,310 in April to $201,922 in May and $256,180 in June.
