What the news on ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, PMSNBC and the other all Barrack, all the time channels is not telling you; is that American real estate is not the only market in a crunch.
The Canadian real estate market has hit new lows, New Zealand real estate market is tumbling, The UK has its own real estate crisis.
I've posted a few links, the reality is the real estate crunch is hitting the globe, speculators overbuilt, buyers over-leveraged and population growth has not kept pace with housing growth.

I was just checking out my YouTube account tonight, I was fascinated by the results. I've posted several videos, most of them for rental property in Kansas City. I get a lot of visitors. The most interesting thing is the demographics of the viewers.
The graph shows that 86% of viewers were female, does that mean that females are the ones looking for a new home?
A few years ago NAR reported that 84% of home searches begin on the Internet. But does this mean that 86% of that 84% are female? It is quite apparent that females are searching YouTube … (10 comments)

Anonymous bloggers are cowards, voicing opinions without recourse, without accepting a response to the cowardly attacks they submit.
Stating their opinions, their bias's without fear of rebuttal. These spineless cowards opine without disclosing who they are.
With new technology anonymity is less assured, but still they rely on not attaching a name to their responses to avoid intellectual discourse.

Word on the street is that the Butler, MO Wal-Mart Supercenter is on hold. My sources tell me that there is one lone holdout who will not relinquish land required to build the Super Center.
Butler, Mo is a town of just over 4,000 located in Bates County, MO. The local Wal-mart store is running at full capacity. Busy providing products and services to the local residents, the Butler Wal-Mart is a bustling center of commerce.

Investment real estate in an IRA, it's as easy as NASB - 08/04/08 11:36 PM
They use to say it couldn't be done, but a local Kansas City lender (NASB) is now offering a non-recourse loan for real estate investing with your IRA.
Property types vary but are typically restricted to single family residential, duplex, fourplex or multi-family (5 or more units).
What does Non-Recourse mean?  A non-recourse loan is one in which the IRA account holder is not personally liable for repayment of the loan. God I love it when the good guys win, I know we're not supposed to feel glee at the demise of some slug, degenerate, criminal, but I really have to think the victim needs a larger caliber firearm.
For all you tree huggers the criminal lived, so you can coddle him and try to rehabilitate him.
0900 hours, Saturday, 2 August 2008, a bank customer at an ATM in North Kansas City was accosted by an armed robber, he summarily dispatched the criminal with a single round from his lawfully carried handgun.
