pictures: The perfect real estate camera

One of my pet peaves is looking for a property for a client and finding that the agent only posted one or maybe three photos. It really baffles me that so many never even bother to post one photo on the MLS.
I know, your busy but really the single most common question from a prospective buyer is always... "Do you have more pictures" ! Many MLS services will allow as many as 25 pictures, some sites allow more. In some cases we are working with properties where it is very difficult to get a decent shot of the property … (4 comments)

They say that porn is the most often searched item on the Internet. So I figure with a keyword like that I'm bound to get some voluminous traffic! So here they are my pictures of naked ladies, I like naked ladies a lot, I stopped to photograph these last year.

I'm overwhelmed with technology, I try to maintain about 5 different blogs. AR is by far the most successful and the most visible online. I maintain at least 6 websites. I have three computers, a smart phone, several types of GPS devices, the list goes on. Sometimes I long for the days when we just cold called and knocked on doors. This week I made two trips to Belton, MO I took hundreds of pictures and had this great marketing plan for selling some new Belton, MO commercial real estate listings. I know, I know were supposed to blog on Active Rain about real estate stuff. But I've been having a lot of fun with image generators and txt2pic sites, so I thought I'd share.
