I have invested once again in another site.  www.WayneTurnerRealEstate.com  The site gives me the ability to promote our listing in a way that gives each home I have listed their very own wedsite.  Yes their own site not just a page.  My staff and I buy the url of the the sellers address, then point it to the site.  This allows for buyers to take a virtual tour, send to a friend, loan calculator,property details and schedule a private showing.
This gives the property a ton for attention and Google juice.

"Marketing the Mortgage Payment" - 11/02/11 05:53 PM
Once again the interest rates have dropped.  Amazing there are not more people taking advantage of these fantastic interest rates.  I personally decided to make a move and buy a new house.  After contimplating waiting till next year, it was a no brainer to just move now.  I have begun to promote properties with the payment.  Please keep in mind that if you advertise a payment you must adhear to regulation z and show the cost of credit.  Just Google it for details.  Buyers are truly shocked when you show them the payment on a $275,000 house with 5% down.
