The real estate market has closed strong for St.Tammany Parish. Home sales for Mandeville and Covington have recieved positive results to the point of highlighted media. We are seeing more and more bond for deeds. I just received this week's pre-foreclosure list. 22 homes faced with foreclosure. Many of these people can still buy homes through a bond for deed. Typically there is no credit check with a bond for deed or owner financing. Something I learned years ago was to look at my numbers, what is my goal, how many sales and phone calls it takes to get a sale. How many people must I speak with to build rapport and have them choose me to be their Realtor. What my income might become.
