Hi folks, As most of you know I run a virtual real estate office. What this means is that my associates and I all work from our homes. I do most of my business over the Internet. I rarely talk on the phone. And I rarely show properties.I list Florida properties for sale without ever meeting the Sellers and I sell Florida properties without ever meeting the Buyers. This is my preferred way of handling business. I mostly communicate via email and text messages.I have found that conducting business like this is very efficient. Tutas Towne Realty specializes in the listing and selling of Short Sales and foreclosures (REOs) in the Central Florida area.Since most of these properties are sold over the Internet sight unseen we try to capture the essence of the properties by use of numerous pictures and video tours. Touring foreclosures in Central Florida is always an adventure. You just never know what you will find. Folks facing foreclosure have a tendency of taking out their frustrations on the property. As most of you know our son Nathan was discharged from the Marine Corp last month after serving for 13 years. He and his wife of 13 years and their 4 children have moved directly across the street from TLW and I.To say it has been awesome would be an understatement. And as if it couldn’t get any better, Nathan just passed the Florida State Real Estate licensing test on Friday, paid his REALTOR® and MLS dues today and is now the newest addition to the Tutas Towne Realty empire team!!!I am so excited I can hardly stand it. Hi folks. Earlier this week Fernando Herboso wrote a post titled “The Future of Real Estate….I experienced yesterday”. If you haven’t already please take a few minutes to read his post. I’ll wait…………. OK....are you done?Fernando's post is talking about having a real estate closing where the only time he met the Seller was at closing. The transaction was done mostly via email.
