I was referred by one of my best agent partners to consult with a client who needed to list their vacant home. Not only was the home vacant, it was 16 years old and had not been updated....and needed it.
The owners commute an hour and twenty each way to their business and just did not have time nor desire to supervise this rehab. They wanted me to take it over and then stage.  I agreed. It's been an adventure that I have enjoyed. We had to change all the floors, paint, lights and most countertops and hardware.

   What’s a Home Seller to Do???          

Many folks hear the sensational real estate national news and think how fortunate they are that they do not have to sell their home right now. Others have no choice. They have to sell and sooner would be better than later.

Locally speaking…..
Fortunately, here in the Upstate, our real estate market is much healthier than other parts of the country. Most homes here are still appreciating in value. The number of days on market is more than last year and there are a lot of houses on the market. … (1 comments)
