I found this guy sitting on a front lawn near a listing I have. He’s obviously lost and looks rather confused. Maybe I should have pointed out the way to Easter Island for him. I wonder if he has an iPad?

These Cactus Flowers are just lovely; I don’t know what they are called so I thought maybe a good AR friend in the desert areas might be able to tell me. I’m not into cactus type plants but the flowers on this one might convince me that they are beautiful too.

This decorated guy is the Red River Hog or Bush Pig of Africa. Living in rain forests and normally seen near swamps and rivers, they live in herds of 6 to 20 with a dominant male. Mostly nocturnal, they eat plants and roots, fruits and grasses. Some small animals (lizards).
He's kind of cute-don't you agree?

I saw this photo at a local restaurant and it’s from the 1920’s or 30's in New Port Richey. George A. Smith was a Realtor back then and he had this sign erected as a Welcome to New Port Richey-FL.
We have lots more folks in New Port Richey these days: the actual city limits has probably about 22,000. but New Port Richey stretched it's boundaries beyond the city limits so the population is considerable higher.

And, then we went to Captain Jack's Tiki Bar also on the water for a birthday party for our good friend Pooka Bear. She's 8 today and looks great - Pooka is a Wheaten Terrier. Captain Jack's Tiki Bar is pet-friendly.

The Chasco Coronation Ball is presented each year by the Lighthouse for the Blind-It's An Evening of Anticipation
Each year, one of the opening events for Chasco Fiesta in New Port Richey-FLorida is the Coronation Ball. A King and Queen are chosen out of the many nominees from each non-profit organization. Nominees are chosen by each organization (usually the people who are volunteer the most time). Chasco Fiesta is a week-long event to help non-profits earn money for their community support.
