The Preserve at Fairway Oaks in Hudson FL Has A New Neighbor and we sold him his new home there. The buyer is a lovely gentleman from Texas that we haven’t had a chance to meet yet. His brother and sister-in-law live in the community, and they were a great help to all of us in getting things done for him and us.It closed about 4pm on Friday (waiting for the wire). He had movers there on Saturday! And, we will get to meet him tomorrow.

12913 Balsam Dr., Shadow Lakes Estates in Hudson, FL is SOLD! 12913 Balsam Dr., Shadow Lakes Estates in Hudson, FL closed on Friday. It went under contract 5/14/12. with a closing date of July 10. The lenders chose not to order the appraisal until the end of June-who knows why. So the closing was extended week by week for an additional 3 weeks. Very frustrating for all concerned.But it is closed and our sellers are very happy with the way we stayed on top of all the details, and made sure they knew what was happening all along the way.
