Hudson is north of New Port Richey, FL. west of Dade City, FL, and south of Spring Hill, FL. And northwest of Tampa. Many different properties and home-styles can be found here including waterfront homes, ranches, subdivisions of small or very large home sizes.

Condo and Villa Sales West Pasco June 2015 Condos in the areas of New Port Richey (34652, 34653, 34654, 34655); Port Richey (34688); Hudson(34667, 34669) and Holiday (34690, 34691) are selling at a slightly slower rate than single-family homes but the inventory is low so it’s difficult to find the one you want. Each Condo and Villa Complex has it's own rules and regulations. Some are for every age, others are for the 55+ group only. Some are gated; most are not. There are golf courses attached to several.

Our Re/Max Sunset Realty Broker, David Longspaugh, had a wonderful party for all of us in the company. It was held at Homewood Suites in Port Richey on the outside patio Saturday evening. Two of our agents are part of the band, Thunder Highway, and entertained us all evening. The patio is large enough for us to dance on. And we could use the beautiful pool.

Come and climb the observation tower at Hudson Beach Park and enjoy the view over the water. The beach isn’t large but the sunsets really do make up for that. You can sit in a shelter and enjoy lunch away from the crowds and watch for the dolphin to swim by. The day I was there, a dolphin swam past down the channel to the side of me. Because of the angle, I wasn’t able to capture him.
