That's right- You don't need a Buyers Agent, After all you watch CNN and check the Mortgage rates when your checking your Hotmail, and you know all about the Real Estate Market from your friends at work, Bias News sources, and Part timers of the industry,

Well Surprise Surprise- I am Here as A Senior Mortgage Consultant to let you know as the Consumer that it is Not a wise choice to make in trying to cut the 3% Corner.
 
I am not saying All Real Estate Agents are 5 Star by any means, although I certainly want to convey the message to our Vast Buyer and Seller Audience that when it comes to one of the largest transactions one makes in a lifetime, its best to leave in the hands of Professionals, for more reasons than I care to disclose in one Blog-
