This morning we had a fascinating class offering in my office.  It was about "Construction Defects, Water Infiltration and Residential Stucco Cases".  Our teacher was J. Robert Keena, Esq, the leading lawyer in the leading law firm on this issue in Minnesota.  The following is the "Home owners guide" he published.  Thousands of homes constructed after 1985 have significant water intrusion that has lead to significant deterioration of the structure.  For buyers and sellers and homeowners testing is relatively inexpensive ($600+-) to identify a problem or just piece of mind.

Lead Generation: Its not who you know....It's who knows you! - 03/17/08 03:51 PM
Did you know that the average person knows more than 250 people?  That means that if you know 250 people and all those people know 250 people you have access to 62,500 people!  You need to get out of the real estate business and get into the lead generation business (I'm not talkin the pay per lead...lead generation business).  You should be thinking lead generation all the time.  How many of those 62,500 need to buy or sell in the next 365 days for you to consider it a great year?
