In this market we are having more and more homes going to the closing tables but not closing. Unfortunate, but it's happening everyday, in every city. If you have had your home staged by a professional home stager, don't jump the gun and have them de-stage it on the promise of an offer. Too many people make this mistake only to find themselves at square one again. Talk with your home stager and have them pick up their items as close to the actual final contract closing as possible. homestager: Comforter & Pillow Storage Ideas?

I seem to have this problem time and time again where I can't get comforters, shams, and bed skirts back in their original bag, especially the ones that come with sheets. I eventually get them stuffed back in, but they never look the same. The problem, other than not fitting back in its original bag is storing them. They take up a huge amount of room, and are not that easy to store. I currently have them on racks. Does anyone have any creative ideas on how to store them, and take up less space. The Galveston Historical Foundation will be hosting "Dickens on The Strand" for the 34th year in a row. On Dec. 1 & 2. Mechanic Street are taken back in time as a celebration of "A Christmas Carol" will be featured along with , a snow yard, elephant and pony rides, petting zoo, scavenger hunt, crafts and pictures with Santa.
