Here are some ideas to get you in the festive mood of Fall. Very simple ideas, but some dramatic effects. You probably already have some of these items. Your guests will think you had a designer make them...we won't tell! Gourds, apples, wheat grass, lemons, acorns all of of Falls Bounty. Use your imagination, and put touches in unexpected areas of your home. Your guests will love it!
The most popular colors will still be brown and natural tans. (These are recommended for staging) Split Pea by Benjamin Moore is predicted to be the hottest color!

This 70's waterfront condo had been on the market for a year, with no lookers. It had an awkward layout. REA told owner the "million dollar" view would sell it. A year later the owner decided to have it staged, because the "million dollar view" hadn't sold it. Staging was done on a small budget and condo was in an 50+ community complex. NBA Miami Heat player Dwayne Wade known as "Flash" has his home for sale listed at $8.9 million with 12,000 square feet in Pinecrest, Florida. As "Flashy" as it may be, you definetley know who's house it is with his personalized murals, stone inlays in the floor and pool. With all of the personal touches is this a tough sale, or a "I want to live where a celeb lived". What do you think?

The Alley Theater will present a musical based on the life of legendary Rock and Blues singer Janis Joplin, Port Arthur, Texas' most famous daughter. The musical follows her life from 1966 until 1970, (her death). The play will feature her songs "Piece Of My Heart", "Me and Bobby McGee", "Mercedes Benz", and "Ball and Chain".
