feel special: Wanting to Feel Special

I woke up this morning, a brisk morning for mid-October, and began my usual routine. I went in to get my daughter up and ready and the first thing she says to me is, "Where's Mommy? I want Mommy!" in a cute 2.5 year old voice. Now this isn't the first time she's said this to me, in fact this has been going on for about 2 months. However, the first time I heard it, the tenth time I heard it and even today, I think...when is she going to say, "Good Morning DADDY!" I want her to say my name because it will make me feel good … (28 comments)
