Wow - Time Flies! Now it's time for my 1st Renewal HELP! - 07/26/09 02:15 PM
It is true, time just slips by. It seems like just a couple months ago I was preparing for my Washington State Real Estate Licensing Exam. Now, with just 25 days left on my current license, I need to cram in all 60 clock hours!
YIKES! What was I thinking? Well, I will be the first to admit, I really wasn't thinking!
So, off to find a cheap on-line class for Washington State Real Estate Practices, which is 30 clock hours and required for your 1st renewal.
