We have some good news in the Redmond Single Family Home market. The number of homes for sale in Redmond is at the lowest point in the past 15 months. The number of SOLD homes in Redmond has gone up by over 40% compared to a year ago.
What this means is that the Redmond Single Family Home market has started to move from a BUYERS Market to a NORMAL Market. It will be some time before we enter into a SELLERS Market and we might even slip back into a BUYERS Market when the 1st Time Buyer Tax Credit expires … (1 comments)
