Here is a summary of recent home sales for Windwood Village at River Trails from January 1, 2010 through April 30, 2010. Even though the news media is still insisting that the real estate market is in trouble, if you look at hyper local markets you can see that the River Trails area of Redmond and more specifically Windwood Village homes are still selling.
