The new wave is iPhone applications alreasy available with HomesGoFast.com, not a veteran but quickly developing real estate portal in UK. Their application allows to browse through over 50,000 properties in 70 countries of the world including US. Their application is also compatible with iPad and iPod Touch.
Larger UK real estate portals like Primelocation, FindaProperty and RightMove have already established domestic iPhone applications, but international connection is not available yet.
