The best part is that he's local, and lives in Reisterstown, MD, so any legal advice should be a nice resource for Maryland investors. There is a resource for wholesalers to list their houses which also serves for&nbsp; a pool of investment oppurtunities for rehabbers.Thought I'd give em a shout out&nbsp;since I am very satisfied with all his advice and resources that he, JP,&nbsp;and his staff has provided me. Most&nbsp;Maryland Investors&nbsp;probably have heard of Steve Cook, but I thought i might reach a few that haven't. If you know anything unethical or discerning about SC than please let me know.
