The Canadian REALTOR® Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Practice states in Article 3. :A REALTOR®'s primary duty is the the client.
Unrepresented buyers recently contacted me about buyer representation. I explained to them the benefits of full agency representation, my single agency policy and my pledge of undivided loyalty to clients. The buyers agreed to try out my buyer agency services.
I provided my new buyer clients with information on the real estate market, emailed them information on a few properties that met their criteria, showed them a couple of properties, pointing out the good, the bad, and the ugly in each one. … (4 comments)

2012 Year to Date Metro Moncton Real Estate Market Report - 05/02/12 12:17 PM
May first and one third of the year is already past! Year to date to the end of April residential unit sales reported on MLS® for the municipalities of Moncton, Dieppe and Riverview remain at the lowest level since 2009.
My chart below illustrates year to date residential sales in the last six years. Unit sales are off for new construction more than existing dwellings in the metro Moncton area. As the Spring building season get underway, I expect builders are becoming anxious to move any inventory carried over from the last building season. There could be some good buys in new construction.
