Last week we discussed the Woburn Massachusetts housing market and compared it's available inventory to the week before. So, in fairness let's start there. December 9- December 16th Available Single Family Homes for sale 68, 3 homes under agreement  and 1 sold *source MLSPIN*
Yes, buyers do buy during the winter months and holiday season. So is it time to really think about the game plan of selling? Only you can answer that. I realize it's only early December, But already our office has received over 5 requests this week for comparative market analysis's. This in addition to the report I read this morning saying that the medium home price in Woburn, Massachusetts has risen from $367,962 November 30, 2009 to $370,476 December 6,2009* source Trula Weekly Agent Report*.
Please don't start thinking that every home has increased in value and if I wait til the "Spring" to list my home it will be worth $$$. Yes, you could be right. But let's take a step back and think why did home prices raise … (0 comments)
