The Third week of December - for most of us, it's a time of attending parties, buying presents, planning festive holiday dinners and completing our 2011 Business Plan. If you reflect on what you did in 2010 that's okay but I'm here today to suggest (learn from it by don't let it dictate your future) the past is just that the past.
