      <title>20% unemployment! now that is a bad economic outlook what would you do?</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333; font-size: 12px; -webkit-border-horizontal-spacing: 2px; -webkit-border-vertical-spacing: 2px;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Who does all this talk about the economic outlook really affect? Chances are it is bringing you down. Let me show you what a bad economic outlook should do for you. Picture an outlook that shows 20% unemployment, how about a minimum wage of $5 dollars a week. That's only the tip of the iceberg how about substandard schooling. This is how it was for me in Mexico. My economic outlook was crappy to say the least, but something told me you have to push forward. I have always found ways to make money like hiring my 5 year old brother for 30% of my share to help me wash cars in the high money areas, who could turn down 2 kids trying to make some extra cash and staying out of trouble. The more my parents talked about how they stressed about money the more I would find ways to make money.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In 1991 a big change happened in my life I had to move with my dad&amp;nbsp;to California, and in those days the word recession was the word of the day. I really did not understand why people were so worried about this word, I saw how they lived and the cars they drove and thought, &amp;nbsp;I know a dozen people that would trade you in a heart beat.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Here you are crying about having to give up your boat think about that! Now 15 years later I am a head of household things are much different for me but the way people think is the same. How can I have witnessed the same cycle and watch the same people make the same mistakes. Economic outlook is just an opinion it's your inner drive that counts, regardless of the economic outlook there are clients that need to be serviced. This is the time for you to shine and establish yourself as the go to person in what ever line of work you do. I read a quote that really stuck in my head last week and it was&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When people are fearful you need to be greedy, when people are greedy you need to be fearful.... Warren Buffet.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;People are not fearful; they are latterly falling apart by the seams, help them get the service they need and again now is the time to establish yourself.&lt;/p&gt;

Due to the increasing budget crisis the city faces, the police department has to slash an additional $3.6M. The plan calls for cutting back on the number of police officers that patrol the streets, and will have to prioritize the emergency calls that come in. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 16.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt;"&gt;For example if 3 calls come in at the same time and only 2 patrol cars are available the dispatcher will have to decide who is more important and the rest will have to wait.&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;City leaders insist that public safety is a priority to them. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
