Brightwood Sales are down by 7 from last month (May 2009). In May 2009, the number of listings sold, in this ONE BOOMING subdivision, were 12 (Wow!!!) BRIGHTWOOD BUYERS, THE GOOD NEWS IS . . ., June 2009 simply provides evidence that Buyers are continuously purchasing homes and condos in the Brightwood Subdivision. This month (June 2009) brings us a total of 5 homes sold (Yeah Brightwood!!!) -- SEE GRAPH ABOVE. BRIGHTWOOD HOMEOWNERS / SELLERS!!! THERE IS EVEN MORE GOOD NEWS HERE IN BRIGHTWOOD!!!
