When I talk to people in general, the conversation focuses on the "doomsday" description that the media has given the current real estate market. I respond boldly, "I can't feed into the media's negativity." I further explain that if everyone fed into the constant woes of the market, there would be this mass panic for agents and no one would be thinking what he or she could do differently to get business in this market. This becomes a test of one's creativity, persistence, saviness, and most of all faith.
