You might say why is that? A great time to sell are you kidding me? I am not kidding.... In Cape Coral and Fort Myers, Florida we have numerous opportunities for buyers to take advantage of but the prices are raising? If you want to sell your home under $150,000 you will get offers on your house. Why I say this is because the prices are going up past that price range......Perhaps you looked at selling last year or the year before and the price to sell was too low...
