How many times have you seen "JUST NEEDS A LITTLE TLC!"? We all do it. We tell those little "white lies" that are not really a lie, but just a kinder of saying things, right? WRONG!There are so very many things the a Realtor is not allowed by law to say, and they are really good about avoiding those 99.9% of the time. On the other hand there are many things that a Realtor should not say, and those, well they are not so good about sometimes. Thanks for the help, but not the cold! I am willing to bet that there has been many a time that we have all wanted to say this to someone. Personally, there are some people that I would like to say that to right now! So instead of just sitting here sipping herbal tea while praying that I don't actually hack up a lung, and generally feeling sorry for myself, I'm going to help you avoid putting your clients through this and other uncomfortable circumstances.We all do things that we should probably not, like eating more than one dessert or fibbing (20 comments)

Fashion has become a term that means many things, it covers everything from your personal style to what is hot (and what is not) to the creation of one of a kind works of art. Very word evokes mental images of razor thin, pouty lipped beauties strutting down the runway in scandalously daring couture. . . But in this case, that's not the particular application of the term I am thinking of, sorry! Have you ever had some one say the following, or anything similar to it? "EEEEK!..... Oh.... Sorry! I thought your rug was trying to eat my purse." If so, it's probably time for a stylistic update for the homestead. Instead of burying the offensive decor item that so offended your guest, set it free (or at least chuck it in the trash) and get a new design outlook that will brighten your life considerably. As a Realtor it is your job to help people find new homes or to help them sell the one that they currently have, and in order to do that job properly you need to follow up with them on a regular basis, right? Emails, texts, phone calls, saying hi when you see them in the street and maybe even the occasional dropping by to say hello are completely normal, but at what point does just following up turn into stalking?
