One thing about working in real estate that I absolutely love, is finding the best things to say about local communities. Where people live is a part of their identity. When I talk about how wonderful my community is people think I'm just saying that because I'm a realtor and I'm trying to convince them to move. That is why it is so nice when national, unbiased studies, praise your as well market.

south jordan: Crazy Hail Storm in South Jordan

I was quietly sitting in my office when I heard a loud thud. It was followed shortly afterwards by another thud. I thought one of my employees was knocking, so I got up to see what was going on. The thuds increased in frequency until we were engulfed in a deafening roar as these large hail stones pelted our building. I recorded a few minutes of it on my new VEO phone. The hail stones were larger than a Nickel!

Its a new year and there will be a new road in South Jordan! UDOT is having a public openhouse at South Jordan Elementary School on Jan 28th from 6pm to 8pm. Its located at 11205 S Black Cherry Way (1375 W). You will be able to find out when and where construction will take place, see the additions and improvements that will be occuring and sign up for construction updates.

I recently had someone ask me....."Where are all the Hud homes," It seems like there arent any good deals. If you bought a home years ago before the boom...would you consider that price a good deal? There are homes like these. They just arent marked Hud home anymore. The past few years FHA loans werent popular...therefore we dont have HUD homes. Utah is also lowest for foreclosures. They are harder to find. But there are great deals out there. I just bought one for 150k. I practice what I preach. When its time to buy...I buy. Are you buying? … (1 comments)

The Question of the Year: I hear it over and over and over. How is the market? The question that should be asked is...."How can you help me take advantage of the current market?" Taking Advantage: Look back at when the stock market crashed. Did you know Amazon stock was selling for about $5 a share. Today when the market improved....Amazon sells for appx $90.
