Looking for a new home is never easy—at least for most of us.  And when the market is a lean one, the challenges are even greater.  Having a realtor like Uta on my side was a blessing.  Her knowledge and experience with the Prince George real estate market was invaluable as I struggled with my decision-making process.  Above all, she was patient with me, giving me room and time to fully consider all aspects of buying a house.  She didn’t give up on me even after 5 offers went sour.  I also appreciated her knowledge of house renovation; she was able to give me much needed advice on how to make my new house into a home that truly reflected my own personality.  She was also careful and diligent with all the paperwork, and I knew that she would make sure all the “i’s” were dotted and “t’s” were crossed.  
 
Respect is another reason I am writing this testimonial—respect for Uta’s business and personal ethics.  Due to previous bad experiences, I was leery of dealing with a realtor.  However, Uta very quickly reassured me.  Our relationship was less about the purchase and more about finding me a home that I could truly call my own.  And she treated other realtors, and the owners they represented, with the utmost consideration.  One other plus: Uta did not hesitate to tell me if she thought something was “off” with a house.  I appreciated her honesty and candor, and I knew I could rely on her advice to be in my best interest.    
 
Uta is a consummate professional who has a vast reservoir of experience and knowledge to offer her clients.  So I highly recommend her if you are looking for a realtor.  Not only did I find a great realtor when I signed up with Uta, I found a new friend.  Besides, she made the oft onerous and exhausting process of house-hunting fun.  Ask her about the time we discovered a live chicken in a laundry room!
