I just wanted to invite everyone in Arizona to a huge OPEN HOUSE bash at Marshall Ranch today.  The idea was the brainchild of Nancy Carpenter with Carpenter realty.  She got many of us with listings here in Marshall Ranch/Mission Groves to hold a joint OPEN HOUSE today from 11am - 3pm.  So if you're out and about previewing properties or with clients feel free to stop in at 5709 Windrose in Glendale - there are 6 of us here today and we have tons of directional signs, flags, baloons, and food!!!

Rising housing costs in Chandler... - 06/04/07 01:34 PM
The cost of a new home in Chandler will increase by $6000.00 when the city's new Impact Fees goes into effect, according to a report in the Arizona Republic.  The increase to $19,538 from $13,587 on a single-family home is among the Valley's highest. Those in favor say Chandler needs the money to meet demands for new parks, roads and water lines as the city nears residential build-out. Chandler city officials estimate that there is room in Chandler for about 15,000 more homes.
