Timing of Trustee's Sale and Reo - 06/30/08 09:41 AM
There are plenty of you in the active rain community that know far more than I do about REO's.
Yes Bank Owned properties that did not get enough offered at Auction.
So what is the timing.   This is strictly an anecdotal account. An REO I have connection with at Helendale Ca 92342. It is a Condo. In an area where condo sales have in the last six months virtually dried up.
So the Trustee's sale came and 4 days later this property what ushered into the Reo posting of "this is a bank owned property" and "private property no trespassing"   Then came … (1 comments)

Well by now you have probably short saled or thought about a short sale.
You may have had a normal sale turn into a short sale due to the fact that what the house will sell for is less than, way less than the current market value.
So what I want to know------ is ------
DO YOU USE A SHORT SALE NEGOTIATOR OR FACILITATOR
