YES WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING AT IS A LISTING. BUT THIS IS JUST ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF TWO OTHER SHORT SALES SOLD BY CATHY MEYERS AND VAL RENSINK. THIS PAST WEEK WE CLOSED ON OXFORD AVENUE IN HESPERIA. JUST SO YOU UNDERSTAND, OXFORD HAD TWO LIENS THAT THE OWNER OWED BUT COULDN'T PAY AND THE LEINHOLDER (THE OWNER'S BANK) WOULDN'T PAY. SO THE DEAL WAS DEAD BUT THEN CATHY MEYERS THOUGHT TO APPROACH THE BUYER FOR THE PROPERTY AND SEE IF THEY WOULD PAY THE LIENS. Have you heard that they are getting easier or Harder?  I was on a Webinar with the California
Legal department today. The Vote was a toss up.
 
However, in the high desert people vote with which kind of home they will buy.

STANDARD
SHORT SALE
WHich make the most money for the seller.
Average sale price of Reo $110,000
Average sale price of Short Sale $119,000
Average sale price of Standard $119,000
Which had the most sales???
