I just read this great article about a sales person for a domain marketing company trying to sell a domain name and the potential client not understanding what a great deal it was to her company to buy it.

It points out that most small businesses don't yet understand the need for a great presence on the web. They don't realize that not only do you need a great domain name, you may need several. And that names that are cute or just mirror your business name won't get you the most potential clients to your site.

Hello everyone!  I'm just settling in to the active rain community.
If you read my bio you will see that I'm with New Media Golf,inc.  We own approximatley 2,500 domain names. With those names some we have developed into web sites, and others we sell to clients.
