There are so many coffee shops around, but how often do you find a tea room?  I'm pleased to announce that Tea Rose's  is a new addition to the downtown community.  Located at 322 Main Street in Cromwell CT.

TAX CREDIT EXTENSION... NOT WRITTEN IN STONE YET - 06/17/10 03:50 PM
The Tax Credit Extension has not been enacted yet.  However, progress is being made.  The Senate passed an amendment to the "tax extenders" legislation that includes the extension of the June 30th deadline for tax credit closings to September 30th.  So the amendment is now in the bill.  The Senate must still pass that bill and the House must also pass it and sent it to the President before the extension will take effect.  The chance for an extension is good but is not a done deal.

CROMWELL DOG PARK When you are thinking about moving to a new area, what are some of the things you look for?  Some might say good school systems, a bedroom community, shopping close by and/or a safe environment. 
My question is how many of you think about whether the town you want to move to has a dog park?  After all our dogs ARE family members, so why not think of their needs.
