Like everyone else I've had a chance to look over quite a few blogposts of fellow realtors who are concerned about their respective market. When you're a real estate agent, of course you're going to be concerned about what is happening within your market. We take data, and study it until our eyes are crossed. We dissect the latest listings and the latest solds to determine whether the market is starting to head in the right direction. I know I've looked and reviewed more reports with my clients as well as in my private time than I care to think about!
