I recently saw a property that met my home search criteria but I decided to wait a little because it was higher priced than better homes in the neighborhood.
Today, it showed up....reduced by $4000...but then I saw that it was relisted.

It's official, we're not in a seller's market. I wouldn't theoretically define this as a buyer's market. The jury is still out on that; I'm also looking for a viable definition from a reputable source.
That said, there are homes currently on the market that are EXTREMELY WELL priced.
