Traditionally the seller has been expected to pay the commission of both the Listing Agent and the Selling Agent. Do you believe that we are coming to a point when the Seller will only pay his/her agent and the Buyer will have to ante up for their agent?

The general public, as a norm, does not see a difference between a REALTOR and a licensee. I have been a member of NAR and I want to know what difference does it REALLY make to you to say you are a REALTOR?
