A Little Game of Hide and Seek That's Just Not Working!  Or, our version of "Elf UNDER the Shelf!"
He's 21 months old now, and just as expected, this is where the joys of watching Kyler grow are growing exponentially.  While I"m sure they were, I just don't remember my two little boys being such a hoot! 
He is pleasure beyond words - this grandparenting phase could be the best time of our lives!

Kyler is just the sunshine of our lives...he is 20 months old now, and Christmas this year was extra special!  He was aware that something special was up, and Christmas mornng with Santa Clause's visit was amazing to watch! Here he's sporting the Mickey Mouse backpack that Santa bought...and ready to head to the Mouse's House!  
Can't wait for 2012...and another year watching Kyler grow!

Homes sales in Fairfax, Virginia continue to show signs of recovery and an upward trend.  The average sold price increased by 1.87 percent, even while the number of active listings went down by a whopping 10.87 percent.  So inventory is down, but sold prices are up - a good indication that albeit slowly, the Northern Virginia area is seeing signs of life.

I think Debi nailed the answer to the question we often get asked from our sellers as to whether the holiday season is a good time or not to market your home.  What we are seeing in the Northern Virginia area is that the inventory is down significantly, but expet that to change in the spring. 
So if you want to get a jump on the competition, and have the beauty contest less competitive...think about getting on the market now!  And I agree with her point that you can really showcase your home over the Christmas holiday season!
