Listing your home during the holidays- Good idea or bad idea? - 12/06/11 06:56 AM
I think Debi nailed the answer to the question we often get asked from our sellers as to whether the holiday season is a good time or not to market your home. What we are seeing in the Northern Virginia area is that the inventory is down significantly, but expet that to change in the spring. So if you want to get a jump on the competition, and have the beauty contest less competitive...think about getting on the market now! And I agree with her point that you can really showcase your home over the Christmas holiday season!
Fairfax Virginia Townhomes for Sale - 12/02/11 09:33 PM
Fairfax Virginia Townhomes for Sale | Fairfax Virginia Housing Market Report for November 2011 These statistics are compiled using townhomes in Fairfax, Virginia with one car garage of more. This is partly due to the seasonal slow-down, and also an indication that buyers are still waiting out the economy to see what direction the country and the D.C. Metro area are going to trend. Inventory is down, buyers and sellers both are in limbo; it’s an EXCELLENT time to be (1 comments)
