Here is a new viral marketing tactic I am in the process of trying out...I thought some of you might find it useful.
With all of the foreclosures in our market it is difficult not to show at least several to any one buyer. With all of these choices, every once in awhile you run into a diamond in the rough. Such is the case with my latest buyer. We just recently got her offer to purchase accepted by the bank. Horray for her! A new opportunity for me!

I love this quote. I think I came up with it! Seriously, one day I was thinking about my life and how to better manage all that I had to accomplish in a day. I said to myself..."Self: you better take advantage of time, before time takes advantage of you!" Wow, how profound! LOL
I try to manage my business (and life) this way, so that I accomplish my goals. Before accomplishing these goals, I have to have goals.
My suggestion to those of you listening is:

Green Valley Ranch and Vegas are two different areas in Southern Nevada. Green Valley Ranch is not a city, it is an area in the city of Henderson. And Las Vegas is a city. Both cities are located in Clark County. As a real estate agent in Southern Nevada, I always get questions on different locations in Las Vegas.
