In April of last year, I posted here on my Blog about my visit to Oceanside Pompano Beach Condos and posted pictures that I shot while there (I can't believe it's been more than a year already!). At the time, Oceanside Pompano Beach was still under construction. Construction of Phase 1 (a 17-story luxury tower with 186 residences) is now complete. There are currently 37 active listings of Single Family Homes in the Pompano Beach subdivision of Hillsboro Shores. Of those 37, 11 are Waterfront properties. The Waterfront properties range in price from $1,800,000 - $9,495,000. The remaining homes range in price from $439,000 - $3,350,000. There is one pending Sale listed at $1,650,000. Since March 1st, there have been no closed sales of Single Family Homes in the Pompano Beach subdivision of Hillsboro Shores.
