The builder's representative told me that the commission is 6% but that I can't be a party to the transaction. After some discussion, I decide I'm okay with this. While recently attending the Mike Ferry Productivity School March 4-7 in Sacramento I became sold on the value of One-on-One coaching. It seems like a "no-brainer" decision. It only takes one or two extra deals a year to pay for the coaching, I firmly believe the return would be much greater!
