No, I'm not a binding machine salesman. As my friends, colleagues and clients know I'm a very dedicated and focused full-time Realtor serving home buyers and home sellers in San Ramon, Danville, Dublin and Pleasanton CA.
Good old Amazon sent me an e-mail today suggesting I might want to stock up on ink for the new printers I just purchased. Aha! There's still a binding machine in my cart becuase I just couldn't pull the switch on a $180 binding machine. I want it. I need it, but the manual models are less expensive.

I always recommend that buyers get a home inspection, a roof inspection, a termite inspection and a chimney inspection. Buyers sometimes balk at the expense. Yet, once they understand that the cost of inspections (generally less than $1000) may save them tens of thousands of dollars in repairs, they order a full suite of inspections almost without fail.
In California, anyone can be a home inspector. Get the business license, you're in business!

As a long time Realtor(r), I am a member of the Lowe's Realtor Benefits where I order a 10% discount coupon to be sent to our buyers and sellers via e-card or by traditional mail. But I think it's a little known secret that Home Depot also offers a 10% discount to new movers. I discovered this only recently as the program is not Realtor(r) centric.

Changes in the HAFA Short Sale program effective February 1, 2011 are great news for many borrowers!Relocation requirements have significantly changed! Current policy is that relocation must be employment related and is limited to 100 miles.
