Tere allowed me to share this post today about homes priced under market value. We see far too many instances of homes priced below market value in San Ramon CA that are a thinly veiled ploy to get multiple offers and get the selling price bid up as well.
It's important to check comparable sales. If the price is 'too good to be true', then an offer at that price will likely not be the offer that is accepted and submitted to the bank for approval!
