Hmmm...I tell everyone about my success on Active Rain. How, when I came stone cold into a new market in California (after having been an agent practicing in Florida) that my first 2 closings were the direct result of Active Rain Blogs with 75 days of active blogging.
Then why is my closing ratio just 27%? and why is only one of them an active participant?

I guess I would not be so frustrated if I had not spent 8 hours yesterday on startup repair [failed], system recovery [failed], going to the comand level and tinkering with suggestions from online forums [all failed]. Today I wised up (Har! Har!) and ran the HP Diagnostics
