It is with great sorrow that today we bid farewell to Mr. Brother MFC-465CN the First. He served us very well in the line of duty over the past 3 years as printer, scanner and fax. Alas, he will be sorely missed.
Mr. Brother MFC-465CN the Second remains, lonely and forlorn, but gamely rising to the need to pick up the slack for his fallen comrade.

Got as far as the FHA appraisal, but the buyer ran out of steam so we lost him due to time lapse. Had to go back on market and the only offer we had to submit was below the FHA appraisal, requiring that we contest the appraisal. But we made it happen! Seller, buyer and agents are all ecstatic.
