I'm always so interested in real estate numbers.... what is happening in the market, how many houses are selling, how many are short sales, how many are foreclosure sales?  Whether you are buying or selling a home, it is good to become familiar with these numbers. 

Also, out of the 567 homes/condos that sold, 113 were all cash transactions, which is approximately 20% of all sales that took place in Corona.

Corona Real Estate Activity - October 2010 Below are the totals for home sales in Corona CA for Oct. 2010.  The number of new listings is mixed - two zip codes have more houses for sale in October than in September. The number of houses that have sold is up in most of the Corona zip codes. Prices appear to be still fluctuating quite a bit.  The largest price increase (comparing September and October) is 92883.  The number of houses currently for sale and that are pending is as of Nov. 12, 2010.  The average size of the homes sold in Corono was 2409 … (4 comments)

Riverside CA Houses for Sale - October 2010  Read on for information about the Riverside real estate market and Riverside CA houses for sale. The number of houses for sale and the houses in escrow shown here are as of November 9, 2010. Condos are not included in these statistics. The number of houses on the market continues to increase overall - which hopefully is taking some of the pressure off the buyers who have been trying to get offers accepted.  In all but two zip codes, the number of houses that sold in October decreased.
