Well, it's that time of year when my family sets out for our annual trip to Rockport, Texas.  We stay at the condos at Key Allegro North anywhere from 10 to 12 days.  There is nothing more relaxing than going to the beach and watching the sunset! 
Staying at Key Allegro North offers two swimming pools, private fishing pier, boat slips and tennis courts.  We generally hit the Rockport Beach early in the morning the pool during late afternoon and then back to the beach in the evening.  We go across the ferry to Port Aransas a few times during the trip for … (0 comments)

Yes, you CAN fight your property taxes but be prepared when doing so.  Contact your Real Estate agent to help you with the appropriate sold statistics for your area/subdivision.
My son and I went to the Appraisal District for Kendall County on Thursday of last week and were surprised to find what statistics they use when calculating appraisal value.  Come to find out, the appraisal district has changed their procedure.  According to the Kendall County Appraisal District, they are being mandated by the state of Texas by using the single HIGHEST priced sold property within the neighborhood in the last YEAR!
